Vacancy Announcement

DAMEN (Development Action for Mobilization & Emancipation) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in May 1992 working for alternative development at the grass-roots level in Pakistan. It is an alliance of social scientists, philanthropists and professionals from various fields having significant experience of working with NGOs within and outside Pakistan.

Position: Manager Finance and Admin


  • Qualified ACCA/CA-Inter/ICMA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in reputable organizations preferably at least 3 years as Manager/Deputy/Asst. Manager in Finance Department.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of book keeping, procurement and Taxation. Ability to handle banks and financial investment planning, preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasting of financial requirements, variance analysis, forecast cash flow positions, contracting, negotiating, ability to prepare financial reports, statements & projections, compile key business metrics and report on them to management and can create additional analysis and reports as requested by management.
  • Understanding of the non-governmental development paradigms.

 Contract, Location and Reporting Structure

It will be a permanent employment contract. Position will be based at DAMEN Head office, 26-C Nawab Town, Raiwind Road Lahore and the candidate will be reportable to the Executive Director/CEO.
